AT&T Voice Conferencing Services offers Automated, Operator Assisted, and Premium Services to suit your exact meeting needs.

Event Call Audio Conferencing has the following levels of service:

• Automated: Scheduling your one-time Automated Event Call is simple and can be done with one easy phone call. Automated audio conferencing is recommended for day-to-day calls when an operator is not required for the duration of the call. Single-use passcodes add an additional layer of security over our Reservation-less service.
• Operator Assisted: Operator Assisted Event Call conferences feature a highly-trained Event Call coordinator who assists with scheduling, greeting, and connecting participants. Coordinators also handle all the technical and administrative aspects of your conference call to ensure that your conference is as productive and efficient as possible. This service is ideal for sales presentations or product introductions.
• Premium Service: Premium Service Event Call allows you to take advantage of the full suite of features that AT&T Voice Conferencing Services offers, such as question and answer, participant lists, and replay. An Event Call coordinator will work with you to choreograph your event from start to finish - providing constant monitoring of the conference for help, security, or sound quality purposes to make certain you have the best possible conference. AT&T Voice Conferencing Services include Global Access numbers as an easy and cost-effective way for international participants to dial-in to conferences using local or international toll-free phone numbers*. To take advantage of this service for an Event Call, please request global access support when reserving a conference.

Web Conferencing

Web Conferencing allows you to hold real-time web-based meetings such as slide shows, product demos, and web tours with one, fifty or up to 2,500 people - all at a moment's notice. To use the service, you simply need a telephone and a PC with a web browser. AT&T Voice Conferencing Services offers the following web conferencing solutions:

• Web Conferencing Powered by WebEx:
  Used in conjunction with any audio conference solution, Web Conferencing, powered by WebEx, is the perfect solution for collaborative meetings such as training sessions, sales updates and status meetings. Recommended for up to 500 participants
• Web Conferencing Powered by Microsoft^® Office Live Meeting:
  This integrated audio and web conferencing solution is ideal for interactive meetings such as client presentations, product demonstrations and launches, and company-wide announcements. Recommended for up to 2,500 participants
